The Seminar was organized by the Liaison Office for South Asia and hosted by the National Pension & Provident Fund of Bhutan. The main objective of this seminar was to examine the challenges facing social security organizations in South Asia in identifying the best strategies to achieve improved client satisfaction through innovative administrative and operational efficiency.
